How do you remove heavy smoke damage?

Removing heavy smoke damage is done with only the best SERVPRO cleaning chemicals. However, the roof was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. There was no need to replace the ceiling until the walls were clean and deodorized. Starting with the top of the walls we cleaned through the room until all was clean and the smoke smell totally removed.
