The time to call  SERVPRO of Boston Downtown / Back Bay / South Boston is when a renter has left your property a disaster. There are multiple levels of disgusting and this apartment building was definitely on the high level.

Cleaning of the apartment started with removing all of the garbage from the home. Bags of garbage were filled and tossed. Then we started working on cleaning the apartment from top to bottom. Using EPA registers disinfectants we were able to get the place looking great again. The last step was to deodorize to remove any lingering bad smells. The apartment was ready to rent again in under a week.
